About Us
Kozová & Vojtášková solicitor’s office provides legal services in accord with the Rule of Law of the Czech Republic. We always follow the professional code of conduct issued by the Czech Bar Association and strictly adhere to its principles such as the duty to maintain confidentiality when acting for a client in court.

Services
Kozová & Vojtášková solicitor’s office was established in 2010. We provide legal services for Czech clientele in accord with the Rule of Law of the Czech Republic but we also represent the interests of foreign clientele in English. We deal with legal matters concerning mostly commercial law, deeds regarding establishing companies or their transformations, recovery of debts, family law in the matters of divorce, property settlement, parental responsibility and child custody, labour law in the matters of employment relationship (its beginning, changes and termination) and remuneration in labour-law relations. We act for our clients in inheritance proceedings and also in conveyance of real estate together with safekeeping of documents and financial custody.
